My career began with impactful roles at Emmis Communications and The World Famous Apollo Theater, where I excelled in driving audience engagement and orchestrating high-profile events. Transitioning to television, I advanced from Administrative Assistant to Director of Alternative Unscripted Series at MTV Entertainment Studios, where I played a significant role in the development and production of influential content at VH1, MTV, and Paramount+. As the founder of 43SP LLC, I specialize in crafting culturally relevant and innovative content that resonates across platforms.
